I escaped from CMU in August 2005 where I was working as a Staff Programmer at the Parallel Data Laboratory at Carnegie Mellon University in scenic Pittsburgh, PA. I got my BS in Math and Computer Science in May, 2001. I've finished up my MS in ECE as well.

I've since escpaed to the Left Coast, specifically San Francisco, CA. I work down in Mountain View at some Internet Company you've probably never heard of.

While at CMU, I spent a lot of time with the Computer Club.

Here's a fairly up-to-date resume.

I hail from Nashville, TN, home of the excellent Bongo Java coffee shop. I attended University School of Nashville before coming to CMU.

I'm not in love with jabber but is the best thing we've got for IM. My jabber addr is bucy -at- club dot cc dot cmu dot edu.

I don't like spam. dspam is an awesome bayesian filtering package.

The xen virtualization engine is really nifty.

Given that my webpage lives at gloop.org and that my username is bucy, you should be able to figure out my email address.
